The Polkadot Builder Party is a campaign to onboard new Web2 and Web3 developers into Polkadot. It combines a 6-week online hackathon, physical meetups around the globe, and a social media campaign. It starts on 6th October, leads to Sub0 and concludes shortly after. The thematic focus is on building “radically open, radically useful” apps that leverage Polkadot 2.0, parachains, and related technologies. It is supported by the Web3 Foundation, Parity, and many teams in the ecosystem.

A Community Event that unites all of Polkadot

Polkadot is about to launch some of its biggest catalysts: Polkadot 2.0, Polkadot Hub, Polkadot Pay, and Polkadot Deploy. To best way to let the world know is a big community celebration that captures the attention of new builders. Everyone in the Polkadot community can play a role here! From hosting local events to personally participating in the hackathon or inviting others to build, this is our chance to bring Polkadot into the conversation.
