Your mandate: design and operate a lightweight, data‑driven talent marketplace that continuously matches real people to real work across the entire ecosystem.

2. What you’ll do
- Talent Operations
- Understand demand of roles to be filled. Working with teams in the ecosystem to understand their needs and translate needs into role descriptions.
- Work with talent-related stakeholders to build out talent pipelines & databases**.**
- Facilitate hiring processes. Help match roles with qualified talent. Run light screening interviews.
- Support active talent in the ecosystem navigate the complexities of OpenGov.
- Data & Reporting
- Track headcount, salary bands, and funnel metrics.
- Publish a monthly talent & hiring report for ecosystem stakeholders.
3. Key outcomes (first 12 months)
- Design a talent pipeline by Week 5
- Launch Talent Hub
- Requirements + Workflow by Month 3
- If OpenGov-approved, implementation begins by Month 5
- Launch platform beta by Month 7
- Talent plan for year 2 delivered by Month 10
- ≥ 20 verified placements by Month 12
