This report contains activities I consider relevant for public representation of Polkadot (Ambassador Activities)
As stated in my application, I did not intend to receive compensation, as long as I am working under the existing W3F grant. I always opt to maximize synergy between several roles. The activities listed below are either done voluntarily or where marked are done under the contract clauses of the existing DF grant.

- Ambassador Program Development
- Prepared Extrinsics for Ambassador Pallet Configuration
- Proposed to hold HA votes on-chain instead of Discord. Mario S found this to be an “interesting idea” that we “should keep in the back of our minds”
- Co-led intervention that freed the Ambassador Program from its stuck state (”the curse of 487”) and unleashed a new creative force to get it reformed
